Great place to live! The location is perfect. You have everything you need relatively close by. 5 minute walk to Meijer, <10 minute drive to Rivertown/Grandville shopping, and right off the expressway. The girls in the office are very friendly and helpful. The guy in charge of maintenance is very friendly as well. The recently renovations look amazing! Highly recommend!

Very happy with my move in experience, Brittany was absolutely wonderful, communicative and made the paperwork process very easy. Nice trails to walk the dog and the apartment is spacious. Has been great living here so far.

I've lived at this location on and off for the last eight years or so. I lived in Ramble wood prior to this, and the difference between the two is night and day. The place is clean, any issues are fixed in a quick and professional matter, and the monthly rent is perfect for what you get and the area that you're in. It's quiet, the neighbors are great, and I feel safe at all hours of the day and night. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
